- 1 tsp. Soy Sauce
- 1 - 2 tsp. Wasabi Powder
- 3 Tbsp. Rice Wine Vinegar
- 1 Tbsp. Sugar
- 1/2 tsp. Sesame Oil
- Place wasabi powder in bottom of shallow mixing bowl. Slowly drizzle rice wine vinegar into powder while whisking to incorporate without lumps. Add remaining ingredients while whisking until wasabi and sugar are dissolved.
- Chill one hour before serving.
