Roasted Cauliflower

You can roast most any vegetable this same way and come out with a wonderful tasting dish. Watch it and adjust time accordingly. You can break the cauliflower into florets if you like; just keep an eye on it after about 20 minutes and stir to keep it from burning.


  • 2 Tbsp. Olive Oil
  • 1 head Cauliflower
  • 1/2 tsp. Salt
  • 1/2 tsp. Black Pepper


  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
  2. Drizzle a 15" X 10" sheet pan with 1 tablespoon of the oil.
  3. Cut cauliflower vertically into 1/2" slices, "steaks". Arrange in single layer on prepared pan. Drizzle with remaining oil, sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  4. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.
