Pecan-Stuffed Dates

Ingredients

  • 8 oz. pitted Dates
  • 30 Pecan halves
  • 10-12 slices Bacon

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  2. Stuff each date with a pecan half. Cut each slice of bacon into 3 pieces. Wrap 1 piece around each stuffed date and place on baking sheet seam side down.
  3. Bake until bacon is crisp, 12 - 15 minutes. Drain briefly on paper toweling. Serve.
