I’ve been thinking about this for a really really long time.
I’ve almost jumped in and almost jumped in and almost jumped in.
The plunge has occurred and now I’m ready to share my thoughts and ideas with you.
I want this place to be fun and informative.
You won’t find the most beautiful food porn photos here. I know I can’t compete.
What you’ll find here is cooking that uses real ingredients and can be done by real people. I won’t intimidate you with crazy techniques or ingredients that you have to make a special shopping trip to acquire. But I might introduce you to something you haven’t done or tasted before and make you want to give it a whirl.
